Ada Ama-Njoku and her two guests who are Attorneys at Phillips Silver Swartz Attorneys discuss the death of 94 mentally ill patients that were moved from the life health care Esidimeni Hospital to several charitable organisations (hospitals).
The discussion was based on who should be held accountable for the deaths. The guests said that the Department of Health and not the judiciary should be held accountable.
They also discussed how the Hospitals and the doctors at those hospitals that the patients were transferred to will be vicariously liable.
