The United Nations’ Terror Network Exposed

A ten-year investigation has further  uncovered the truth about terrorist infiltration and indoctrination within UNRWA. This comes as UN Watch discovered that 500 employees of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian refugees were “involved in terrorism incitement, and membership in extremist organizations.” On the one hand, this is not necessarily a new revelation – UNRWA’s aiding of terrorists has been problematised for quite some time now. However, on the other hand, the scale of the revelations found through this 10 year investigation reveal systemic and moral issues in the United Nations organisation, that have ironically even made it complicit in terrorism and the curation of wars.

THE UNITED NATIONS’ TERROR NETWORK: FROM HAMAS, TO UNRWA AND MORE

And now on to our main discussion, regarding the United Nations’ Terror Network being exposed, and for some context: On October 24, 2025, during a press conference in Israel, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio declared that the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) has effectively become a subsidiary of Hamas. He stressed that the terrorist group must have no role in Gaza’s future governance.

In response to Rubio’s comments, the Swiss monitoring organization UN Watch recently published a map purporting to reveal widespread infiltration of UNRWA by terrorist groups, primarily Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad. Based on a decade of research, UN Watch claims to have identified nearly 500 UNRWA employees engaged in terrorism, incitement, or membership in extremist organizations. The group urges the United States to take decisive steps to dismantle UNRWA entirely. UNRWA has rejected these accusations, insisting there is no systemic infiltration and that its more than 30,000 staff members largely uphold UN principles of neutrality.

But one year ago, Israel passed a law banning UNRWA’s operations with Palestinians, thereby ending its cooperation with the agency, which had begun in June 1967. There is actually crucial context behind this move, and it is tied to what the 10 year investigation reveals.

Simply, despite branding itself as a humanitarian agency, UNRWA functions as a political instrument for the Palestinians, who regard the agency as their “right” until they achieve the so-called “right of return” into sovereign Israeli territory. In UNRWA schools, this goal is taught as a violent invasion of Israel and mass killing of Jews—precisely what Hamas carried out on October 7th. On this core agenda, UNRWA and Hamas are fully aligned.

Unsurprisingly, UNRWA has forged an unholy alliance with Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, and other terrorist groups—an alliance that advances their shared interests and agendas. By supplying jobs and running essential services like health care and education, the agency also relieves Palestinian authorities of responsibility and frees up resources for terror. This partnership gives terrorists significant sway over the policies and practices of a UN body with 30,000 employees and a $1.5 billion annual budget—financed mainly by Western governments.

Intelligence shows that around 12% of UNRWA’s Gaza staff are members of Hamas or other designated terrorist organizations. And the figure comes from cross-checking UNRWA employee rosters with Hamas records seized by the IDF. Many more UNRWA staff openly glorify jihad on social media, while top Hamas leaders once held influential posts inside UNRWA schools. Meanwhile, this “revolving door” between UNRWA and terrorist groups is said to remain active even today.

ANTONIO GUETERRES IS NOTORIOUS FOR FOSTERING CONFLICT, AS OPPOSED TO ENDING IT

The question then becomes why? Why has this revolving door between UNRWA and terrorist organisations been allowed to commence and exist, especially from an organisation that is supposed to end war and stifle the works of terrorist organisations? Well, this primary has to do with the complicity of UN leadership, and the corruption of the UN itself. For instance, there is evidence of how the UN under Gueterres has functioned as a satellite organisation of the WEF, while fostering division as opposed to ending conflicts. This evidence is found in how Antonio Guterres (and of course other before him, especially when you consider how the UNSC responded to the Rwandan genocide) have had an unimpressive trajectory in ending or resolving conflicts since WWII. But, Antonio Guterres has been the one UN Secretary General who is ESPECIALLY notorious for systematically supporting the continuation of wars, as opposed to quenching them – as was the original purpose of the UN – particularly, when we look at the emboldened cooperation between UNRWA and terrorist organisations under his tenure as UN SG, which began in January 2017.

This emboldened cooperation between UNRWA and terrorists even showed itself further when UNRWA employees’ began having direct involvement in the heinous attacks against Israel in support of Hamas. UNRWA was fueling the anti-Israel sentiment, by rationalising the destruction of Israel as a state, and encouraging Palestinians to see it as a land that they are entitled to view as their own – excluding Jews. In fact Hillel Neuer, who is part of the UN Watch, which is a body exposing the human rights abuses of the UN, he exposed that UNRWA essentially tells Palestinians: ‘You’re going to go home to Israel”, which is a euphemism for saying: ‘You have the right to dismantle Israel, and see it as your own. And of course all of this is taking place under Antonio Guterres’ watch, as SG of the UN.

But, it does not stop here. The UN under Antonio Guterres has coupled its ambitions for fuelling conflict with a war on the innocence of children. As we’ve established, Palestinian children at UNRWA schools are being brainwashed to murder non-Muslims as human sacrifices to “free Palestine” as an Islamic state – which, of course, has come with many casualties for Jews in particular, especially when we consider that 3/4 of the attackers during the October 7th act of terror were said to have been in an UNRWA classroom.

Now, let’s proceed to look at a number of details concerning the terror network itself. First, the network is one that fits the name: it is a massive web of various individuals, some known and some less notable – but nevertheless each playing a role that amounts to more than 400 UNRWA employees having traceable ties to Palestinian terrorist organizations.

The second thing to note are the prevalent actors in the network, and here, I’ll kindly ask you to take notice of the amount of persons represented in red and blue. Those in red represent Hamas leaders and members, while those in blue represent UNRWA employees. What the presence of UNRWA and Hamas exposes about the network is that UNRWA is not merely involved in a miniscule (but nevertheless condemnable) capacity – rather this network exposes UNRWA to be heavily involved in this network, and even a numerical majority, while Hamas has more of its leadership figures in it – and so, UNRWA is clearly integral in the sustenance of the terror network, and not a mere victim of infiltration.

Then the third detail to note concerns two of the visible Hamas figures in the network, being Suhail al-Hindi and Fateh Sharif Abu al-Amin. In essence, UNRWA employed Hamas terror chiefs Suhail al-Hindi and Fateh Sharif Abu al-Amin to run their 13,000-member union in Gaza and 2,000-member teachers union in Lebanon. This categorically establishes that UNRWA fails the neutrality test, especially seeing that Hamas even claimed Fateh Sharif Abu al-Amin as one of its leaders in Lebanon, following his death from an airstrike.

Now, what is particularly aggravating about the presence of Hamas figures like Suhail al-Hindi and Fateh Sharif Abu al-Amin in the UNRWA terror network is that not only does it prove that UNRWA fails the neutrality in conflict test, but is also means that the International Court of Justice failed to hold UNRWA accountable for this lack of neutrality, which in turn undermines accountability mechanisms in an entity that is already corrupt.

In essence, the International Court of Justice recently ruled that it considers that the information that was presented before it (in formation, much like that we’ve discussed today) is not sufficient to establish UNRWA’s lack of neutrality or its ties to terror organisations. But meanwhile, the UN Watch further uncovered hundreds of pages of evidence, including photos, videos, and screenshots, documenting how Hamas terror chiefs run UNRWA’s schools and staff unions. This included an expose of uncovered photographic evidence, exposing the close relationship top UNRWA officials have with designated terrorist organizations. Current and former UNRWA officials with terrorist ties included in the expose are: UNRWA Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini, UNRWA Commissioner-General Pierre Krahenbuhl, UNRWA Director-General in Lebanon Dorothee Klaus, and UNRWA Director-General in Lebanon Claudio Cordone – to name a few.

Additionally, there was also evidence in the form of  UNRWA teachers in a 3,000-member UNRWA Gaza staff Telegram group who cheered and celebrated Hamas’s October 7th massacre while at the same time asking when their UNRWA salaries will be paid. There was also photographic evidence of longtime UNRWA staff union chief Suhail al-Hindi sitting on the 20-member Hamas Political Bureau, which was briefed five days before October 7th of the plan for an (quote) “extraordinary action”—which was the Hamas massacre—in order to torpedo the emerging Saudi-Israeli peace – among additional evidence that was presented.

BUT, when the ICJ did its own investigation, it found no concerns of UNRWA’s lack of neutrality, and nothing tying it to terrorist organisations. This is obviously an issue of moral decadence and corruption, from what seems like activist judges and biassed officials in neutral international organisations. And you realise this further, because Jonathan Fowler, who is the UNRWA Senior Communications Manager, then proceed to say the ICJ’s opinion was some sort of indictment of Israel’s complaints about UNRWA’s association with terrorists, and this was in an interview with the BBC (no surprise there).

Ultimately, UNRWA’s aid has become a trojan horse for terror: it is a dangerous betrayal of the values that the UN claims to uphold. As such, exposing this network is a wake-up call: it exposes that supporting Israel in fighting against terrorists is NOT just morally and principally justified, but it is ALSO necessary to stop terrorism that is masked as charity.

THE ILLS COMMITTED THROUGH UNRWA AND UNESCO, UNDER GUTERRES, IS WHY THE U.S. PULLED OUT OF THESE BODIES

And by the way, this propensity to incline towards both globalist and anti-humanitarian endeavours is why Trump has also extricated the US from the influence of the UN, especially under the Gueterres regime. Upon being inaugurated as the 47th president of the US, Trump signed a powerful executive order, pulling out of the UN human rights council, the UNRWA – refugee org, and has set the stage to leave UNESCO, which operates the globalist command and control system and its attacks on humanity.

The executive order was (as expected) very specific about the ills of these entities. It stated in section 1 of the executive order that, while the United States helped found the United Nations (UN) after World War II to prevent future global conflicts and promote international peace and security, some of the UN’s agencies and bodies have – however – drifted from this mission and instead act contrary to the interests of the United States while attacking our allies and propagating anti-Semitism.  As in 2018, when the United States withdrew from the UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC), the United States will reevaluate our commitment to these institutions.

The executive order further details that the three UN organizations that deserve renewed scrutiny are the UNHRC; the UN Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO); and the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA).

On UNRWA, in particular, the executive order highlights that it has reportedly been infiltrated by members of groups long designated by the Secretary of State (Secretary) as foreign terrorist organizations, and UNRWA employees were involved in the October 7, 2023, Hamas attack on Israel. The UNHRC has protected human rights abusers by allowing them to use the organization to shield themselves from scrutiny, while UNESCO has demonstrated failure to reform itself, has continually demonstrated anti-Israel sentiment over the past decade, and has failed to address concerns over mounting arrears. Here’s what president Trump had to say about the gravity of that executive order, during its signing.

UNRWA’S TERROR NETWORK PROVES THAT THE AGE OF THE UNITED NATIONS IS OVER

Now, you’d recall that Trump’s address at UNGA was not another set of platitudes. It was a direct rebuke of globalism, a warning about the failures of the UN to live up to its promise, and a bold call for nations to reclaim sovereignty. He criticized open-ended migration, labeling it as destructive if left uncontrolled. He dismissed the rebranded “climate change” agenda as exaggerated and manipulated, calling for real evidence and accountability instead of ideology.

However, Trump also painted a crucial contrast between himself and the UN, which matters for this discussion. In essence, president Donald Trump slammed the United Nations, noting that he has personally brokered the end of seven wars during his first seven months in office with no help from the UN. Not only is this factually accurate, but ending wars is supposed to be a significant portion of the UN’s job.

The UN was formed in 1945 after World War II, the U.N. exists to “maintain international peace and security.” It is supposed to be for “solving international problems of an economic, social, cultural, or humanitarian character, and in promoting and encouraging respect for human rights and for fundamental freedoms for all without distinction, according to the U.N. Charter.

However, while the UN was aimed at mutual cooperation among all nations, in essence a version of multipolarity, it quickly formed a hierarchy that undermined this goal by disproportionately giving power and decision-making influence to the victors at the end of world war two, namely the US, the UK, France, Russia and China. And, interestingly, this disparity between the original intent of the UN and what it has become today, was incredibly highlighted by the president of Argentina at the UN gathering last year.

He is absolutely right. In fact, much like NATO, which was formed in 1949 to guard against the Soviet Union and stop the spread of Communism, the UN has lost sight of its mission. But, in this year’s address, president Trump asked an important rhetorical question, when he asked: “What is the purpose of the United Nations?, to which he proceeded to state that the UN has such tremendous potential… All they seem to do is write a really strongly worded letter, and then never follow that letter up. It’s empty words — and empty words don’t solve war.” And all of this is to say that the UN is a shadow of what it was formed to be.

Furthermore, this critique from Trump deals with a crucial dynamic of sovereignty versus globalism, because Trump’s claim that the UN often produces little more than “strongly worded letters” is backed by decades of stalemate on critical issues, from Syria to North Korea. The Security Council, dominated by vetoes, has routinely been paralyzed, leaving nations to act unilaterally or in small coalitions. His insistence on sovereignty is not rhetoric — it reflects the lived experience of states who find global compacts failing to protect their interests.

But now, the UN is not just failing in its mandate to ensure peace among nations, and is instead also destroying nations rather than helping them, as was further emphasised by president Trump in this year’s address. In particular, the UN has funded massive migration efforts that are changing the cultures and destabilizing host countries in Europe and the US. In light of this, right out of the gate, Trump reminded the room that America was no longer being run by people who bowed to international pressure. He started by touting something they never thought they’d hear on the UN floor: America’s southern border is closed. And he said it quite loud and clear; stating that (quote): “On our southern border we have successfully repelled a colossal invasion and for the last four months, four months in a row, the number of illegal aliens admitted and entering our country has been zero.”

Then, president Trump explained why it happened and what the new policy is. He stated that, (quote): “They just poured into our country with the ridiculous open border policy of the Biden administration. Our message is very simple. If you come illegally into the United States, you are going to jail or you are going back to where you came from or perhaps even further than that.” And by the way, it was not just about America. Trump turned to thank El Salvador for their help in jailing criminal aliens we’ve deported—and urged other countries to do the same.

Meanwhile, his warning that uncontrolled borders “ruin countries” resonates with European states grappling with migrant surges. Data from Eurostat and internal EU debates show mounting pressure on welfare systems, security, and identity. Canada itself has had to recalibrate its immigration levels after public services were strained — proving his point that borders cannot be ignored.

IN TRUMP, THE UNITED NATIONS HAS A STRONG COMPETITOR

But, here is an incredible point to recognise: in the midst of all these remarks on how the UN has failed its mandate and also how the UN has been funding an invasion of nations, president Trump responded to a prophetic declaration uttered by the president of Loveworld Incorporated, to offer an alternative to globalist havens like the WEF and UN. In particular, in the midst of these remarks, president Trump then offered an alternative model to the broken model of the United Nations: He stated that (quote): I’ve come here today to offer the hand of American leadership and friendship to any nation in this assembly that is willing to join us in forging a safer, more prosperous world. And it’s a world that we’ll be much happier with. A dramatically better future is within our reach, but to get there, we must reject the failed approaches of the past and work together to confront some of the greatest threats in history.

Of course, Critics of Trump’s speech seem to have missed that Trump not only ridiculed and dismissed the United Nations as essentially useless, but that he offered America as a substitute in his above offer of American leadership and friendship to any nation in this Assembly that is willing to join us in forging a safer, more prosperous world. Trump’s major achievements for America First have involved bilateral negotiations between the US and individual nations, and he seems to be offering this model as a substitute for UN policymaking and interventions.
