Brende’s WEF still pushes the same risks report highlighting “geopolitical competition” as a threat – code for resisting China hawks or America First policies. Expect less ideological fire, more pragmatic deal-making, but the endgame is identical: Eroding national sovereignty for global governance. Conservatives should celebrate Schwab’s fade-out as a win for pushback but stay vigilant – the machine rolls on.

They’ll push “responsible” global AI rules – meaning Big Tech cartels and UN-style bodies regulating innovation to stifle competitors and enable surveillance. Free-market AI drives prosperity; globalist AI means digital control. On Climate and Energy: Endless talk of “just transitions” – forcing net-zero on developing nations while they pollutes freely. Expect more calls for carbon taxes and ESG enforcement, killing jobs in fossil fuels. We say: Energy dominance through drilling and nukes, not Davos dictates. In Geopolitics and Trade: With Trump back and dominating headlines, they’ll whine about “geoeconomic warfare” and “fragmentation.” Translation: Begging for return to multilateral deals that hollow out sovereign industry.  In the Finance Angle: we’ll see sessions on growth amid risks. They’ll blame “populism” for market volatility, push central bank digital currencies (CBDCs) for “inclusion,” and warn against deregulation. Reality? Their policies caused inflation; sovereign nations cutting rates and taxes will boom. Overall, “Spirit of Dialogue” is damage control post-populist wave. Less Schwab-era arrogance, more pretend pleading for cooperation. But it’s still anti-sovereignty: Elevating NGOs and corporations over elected governments.
