U.S. Vice President JD Vance is
expected to travel to Islamabad, Pakistan, today to lead a high-level delegation for critical peace talks with Iran. His flight was reportedly delayed, as U.S. officials confirmed he was still in Washington despite earlier statements from President Donald Trump suggesting Vance was already en route.
According to reports, an Iranian delegation, led by Parliament Speaker Mohammad Ghalibaf and Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, is prepared to travel to Islamabad.
