The facility is part of the commission’s drive to provide greater accessibility and convenience to voters. IEC on Monday said it had not yet made a decision on whether the local government elections would be free and fair. The leader of Us-The-People Mokoena wa Mathole says the Independent Electoral Commission should be independent and impartial.
