The Holy Land Tour with the President of Loveworld Incorporated, Rev. Dr. Chris Oyakhilome DSc, DSc, DD, alongside the renowned man of God, Pastor Benny Hinn, continued yesterday, marking another powerful chapter in what is shaping up to be one of the most unique ministry experiences of the year. Participants on the tour are exploring significant biblical sites across Israel, walking where Jesus walked, and deepening their understanding of Scripture through firsthand encounters with the land of the Bible.
This remarkable spiritual journey has already begun stirring the hearts of millions around the world. The sights, the revelations, the prophetic utterances, and the divine alignments taking place in the Holy Land are nothing short of historic. Throughout the visit, Pastor Chris has been sharing profound insights that speak directly to the times we are in, the unfolding of Scripture, and the urgency of the Gospel.
During one of the sessions, Pastor Chris taught on the true nature of love, explaining that love is revealed when the people you love offend you. He emphasized that it is one’s reaction to offense that proves whether love is genuine or flawed. According to him, love is demonstrated by response—especially when the offense comes from those closest to us. This understanding of love set the tone for the evening’s message, which centered on the Holy Land, Israel, the promises of God, and the rich history of the Jewish people—a history that is deeply significant to believers.
Pastor Chris reminded attendees of their identity in Christ, declaring, “I’m a Jesus woman, you’re a Jesus man.” He explained that loving God means loving the Jewish people and loving the land of Israel because of the promises of God recorded in Scripture. However, he clarified that believers do not love the land merely because it is land, nor do they come because of its geography alone. Rather, they come because of God—because of how God is intrinsically linked to His people, how He is connected to this land, and because of all that will yet unfold according to Scripture.
Speaking strongly on the subject of evidence, Pastor Chris highlighted that Christianity is founded on “evidence, proof beyond any reasonable doubt.” He stated that it is impossible to come to Israel and not be convinced that the Israel of the Bible is the Israel that exists today. The descriptions, measurements, locations, and historical accounts align so precisely with Scripture that the evidence is overwhelming. This, he noted, is why the Bible declares that believers have not followed “cunningly devised fables,” but truths grounded in eyewitness reality.
Pastor Chris further reminded participants that there are approximately 2,500 prophecies in the Bible, about 2,000 of which have already been fulfilled, with roughly 500 still to come. This reality, he explained, confirms that we are living in the last days and are witnessing the fulfillment of God’s promises right in the Holy Land, walking where Jesus walked.
He concluded by emphasizing that the purpose of the teachings, the Scriptures, and the entire experience aligns perfectly with the words of Luke: “That thou mightest know the certainty of those things wherein thou hast been instructed.” The ultimate goal, Pastor Chris said, is certainty, certainty of the Word, certainty of the Gospel, and certainty of God’s promises. Our faith, he affirmed, is not built on myths, but on truth, evidence, and the conviction of the Spirit.
