Ten additional European NATO allies have agreed to join the Prioritised Ukraine Requirements List (PURL) scheme during a meeting of defense ministers in Brussels held on Wednesday. This initiative aims to address a recent shortage in supplies to Ukraine.

Under this new financial arrangement, European allies will purchase US-made weapons to be sent to Ukraine. PURL is essential for fulfilling Europe and Canada’s commitment to supporting Ukraine’s security amid its ongoing conflict with Russia.
