The mayor of Voronezh, a southern Russian city near the Ukraine border, declares a state of emergency following a Kyiv-launched drone attack. Nearly three dozen apartments are damaged, and two children are wounded. The Russian Ministry of Defence claims to have destroyed five drones and intercepted three more. The governor of the region reports injuries to an 11-year-old girl and a six-year-old boy. The air base near Voronezh, known for hosting Sukhoi Su-34s bombers, experiences at least 15 blasts. Ukraine has not commented on the strike.
