Neutralised: WEF Sarah Harper Say U.K. Population Collapse “good for the planet”

According to Professor Sarah Harper CBE, the falling birth rates in the West are “good for our planet.” Prof. Harper is a UK government advisor who established Oxford’s Institute of Population Ageing. Harper is also linked to the World Economic Forum (WEF).
