Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in Washington ahead of his Friday meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump to discuss possible deliveries of long-range Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine.
His visit followed a surprise call between Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin, who announced a second summit in Budapest. Zelensky hinted at Moscow’s reaction, noting that “Russia rushed to talk once it heard about Tomahawks.”
