Nigeria is targeting to grow earnings from the export of coconut oil and its by-products.
The country generated 150 million US dollars from the export of the crop in 2020 and is projecting to earn 250 million US dollars this year. The crop is also a key income earner for more than half a million Nigerian households. One of the coconut oil producer, Rosemary Akwash shares her sentiments.
