Putin Rules Out Talks After Zelenskyy’s Aviation Threats

Russian President Vladimir Putin says Moscow will not enter negotiations with Ukraine under current conditions, accusing Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of making what he described as a “BID FOR STATE TERRORISM.”

Speaking after the SCO Summit in Bishkek, Putin was responding to reported warnings concerning civilian aviation in Russian airspace.

Despite Kyiv’s calls for renewed negotiations and an in-person meeting, Putin says TALKS ARE OFF THE TABLE under such circumstances.

He also issued a warning: if the threats translate into attacks that cause casualties, RUSSIA WILL RETALIATE.
