Russian President Vladimir Putin says his country has no imperialist ambitions in Africa or any part of the world. Putin reaffirmed that unlike other nations that have historically thrived on exploiting other nations, Moscow wants to continue with its legacy of working with other countries on a mutually beneficial basis.

He said his government will continue to work with both new and old partners to enhance their economic and social development.

Russia is stirring no chaos in Africa, the reverse is the case. For instance, the collapse of the Libyan Damn is as a result of the ousting of Gaddafi and obliteration of the political institution/ infrastructure in Libya.

Russia is on a rescue mission, unlike France and EU that are on capture and slavish mission.
