Russia and Ukraine have completed a prisoner-of-war exchange, with 103 captured soldiers from each side released in a deal mediated by the United Arab Emirates.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed the return of 103 Ukrainian personnel, including soldiers, officers, border guards, national guardsmen and police officers.
The freed Russian soldiers were transferred to Belarus, where they are receiving medical and psychological care before returning to Russia.
