Kindly find ways as to how this talkshow can assist to put flames or to help many see or discover their potentials , These days companies have embarked on this norm of saying we are cutting costs , they no longer offering even workshops or just to super charge their own employees , I was listening to one of your episodes where you guys advising employees to become visionaries , but on a space of work where one is not bring motivated to see the light of where ones goes with the company it’s kinda complicate an individual in terms of envisioning the future of the company they work for if you can help ,, This scenario of saving costs has broughtany companies at halt. .

Most companies posses this norm of saying we are saving buy cutting cost and they end up cutting even what could be of most help in terms of taking their ship which is their company forward , it’s just adding up to a loss to say resources are insufficient , work places are the equipments to our economy if companies are running at a loss the economy is also affected that means companies cannot wait to have their own employees build themselves but they must take the initiative to produce the kind of employees in line with their own marketing , that will put shapes and give direction to thst company , something went wrong with companies these days they have lost direction , let’s help them see the light of building and equipping their own employees you can’t wait on an employee to that while the company is in need .
