Banyana Banyana have returned home following their 2-1 victory over Morocco at the 2022 Women’s African Cup of Nations.
On Tuesday morning, the champions arrived at OR Tambo International Airport.
Hundreds of South Africans have greeted them, dancing and celebrating their victory.
Several dignitaries, including representatives from the sports ministry, the South African Football Association (Safa), and Sasol, have also gathered at the airport to congratulate the team.
