More Than 3,300 Volunteers Register in Eight Hours as Foundation Strengthens Life-Saving Mission

The Chris Oyakhilome Foundation International (COFI) has announced a significant humanitarian milestone after 3,310 volunteers registered for blood donation within just eight hours, marking one of the foundation’s most impactful public health mobilization efforts to date.

COFI described the achievement as a powerful demonstration of compassion, community participation, and the growing global commitment to saving lives through voluntary blood donation. The foundation said the overwhelming response highlights the importance of building stronger emergency medical support systems and encouraging a culture of humanitarian service.

The blood donation drive was organized as part of COFI’s broader mission to improve healthcare access and provide critical support to vulnerable communities around the world.
