Eskom is Planned to Lower Load Shedding Levels as Reserves Refill

On Monday morning, stage 3 of Eskom’s rolling power outage timetable will be in effect.

This comes after stage four power outages that affected South Africans over the weekend.

The electric company claimed that enough work had been made on replenishing emergency generation reserves and predicted that by Monday, dam levels at pumped storage schemes will be completely restored.

Eskom anticipates reducing the power outages to stage two starting on Tuesday morning, but they will continue through Friday.
